Beginning with the January board meeting, we’ll be using an Excel worksheet to build our monthly agendas.  This worksheet has a built-in time calculator to better plan the use of our time each month.

Please follow the directions below:

1) A PDF File with meeting minutes will be embedded in the worksheet. The recording secretary will share this file with board members no later than one week before each meeting. Use the comment box to raise questions or note corrections. Our goal is to significantly trim the time devoted to minutes review.

2) Please use the workbook to note the estimated time you need to cover your assigned agenda item. Include any documentation (estimates, etc.) in the Google docs folder for member review. Please note you do not need to insert end time and start time for your item. This is automatically calculated for you.

3) Be sure to save the Excel document when you are finished making changes.  Remember that we are reserving the final 10 minutes of each meeting for Parking Lot issues.
